GOS has carried out numerous financing arrangements related to, for example, acquisitions, industry arrangements, investments and working capital needs. We design an optimal and feasible financial structure based on the financial modeling created by GOS Credit and Industry Analysis regarding the targeted arrangement. The design of the structure takes into account the necessary financial instruments, the timeliness of the use of the instruments, as well as the financial eligibility of the entire project.
