The service includes agreed HR tasks and outsourcing of a specific area to a designated HR contact person. The contact person acts as an expert in the agreed personnel processes and takes care of these on behalf of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tasks of the HR service include, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matters related to the start and end of employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitoring and guidance related to absences and annual leave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cooperation between occupational health care and insurance companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviews of statutory personnel matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HR process development services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HR System Services \u2013 Mepco Web, Registry and Mepco HR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In HR services, we also support in the preparation of personnel plans and guides. As part of the HR services, it is possible to purchase the Mepco Web, Registry and Mepco HR modules for your organisation&#8217;s use. The Mepco system functions as an HR system for the customer to support its daily management.
